  • RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    Important. pime.shop is not responsible for purchases made with credit cards without prior authorization from the owner or stolen. It is understood that the person making the purchase is fully empowered to carry out the transaction and therefore it is impossible to deny it.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    It is important to consider the items are non-refundable when:

    • They are gift cards from pime.shop
    • They lack a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • It has obvious signs of use. 
    • When it is not in its original condition, it is damaged or a part is missing for reasons that were not due to our error.
    • When it is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

    There are situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable)

    Refunds (if applicable)

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

    Refunds​​ or missing (if applicable) 

    • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
    • Then to your banking institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    • Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.     Gifts

    • If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    • If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or if the ordering party received the order to have it shipped to you later, we will issue you a refund and report back on your return.

    Shipment

    • To return your product, you must mail it to:  Hidalgo 56 west, Colonia Centro; CP 47730; Tototlán, Jalisco, Mexico. 
    • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
    • If you are shipping an item over the equivalent of $ 75 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • SHIPPING POLICY

    In the understanding that the agreed merchandise is sent, previously requested by the client, for which the purchase is generated  and the order agreed with the client is filled, pime.shop is not responsible for the damages that the package may suffer on its way to the final consumer, when these damages modify the quantity or quality of the goods sent.

    The arrival time normally varies between 2-4 business days, depending on where you are in Mexico. For shipments to the United States the package  It may take 4-8 business days for arrival. 

    Once we send you the tracking number, it means that your order has gone out and you can track it on the page of  UPS, FedEx, DHL or the local parcel company that is contracted. There you can see exactly where your package is on the journey.

      Important:  In high seasons we do not have guaranteed delivery within 4 days, it may take 4 to 8 business days to arrive. 

      We ask very carefully that if your package presents alterations in the packaging, breaks in the guarantee seal or in the box, DO NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE, make a note in the package's guide for damage to the package and resend the merchandise ask us to ask the parcel service for the corresponding investigation about the situation.

      ONCE THE PACKAGE IS RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER, we cannot be held responsible for such modifications to the order on its way.

      If the shipment is in Mexico, it is completely free on purchases whose  cost is greater than 1,200 pesos.  For lower purchases, national shipments have a cost of 59 MXN, if this  ranges between 500 and 1,199  pesos; Y  of 99 MXN, if these  ranges from 1 to  499  pesos. 

      If you live in the United States, the shipping charge will depend on the rates calculated through UPS, FedEx or DHL, as the case may be.
