A few days ago a cycle ended for me, a week ago my resignation from the position that I had been carrying out for three years in the Directorate of Notarial Inspection under the General Secretariat of the Government of the State of Jalisco, and came into force on the first of October.
I am happy and grateful to the Secretary General of the Government, Enrique Ibarra Pedroza, for giving me confidence in the assigned responsibilities, and also contributing to my personal development. I also thank the Senior Government Official, Carlos Mercado Tinoco, for his advice and support.
It is said that 'Feeling grateful and not expressing it is like wrapping a gift and not giving it.'
For this reason, I also want to thank the municipal president of Tototlán, Juan Carlos Velázquez, and the councilors of all the parties that make up the plenary session of the City Council (Movimiento Ciudadano, PAN, PRI, MORENA and PES), for giving me the opportunity to demonstrate that I am capable of assuming the responsibility assigned to me as Secretary General.
I will work to the limit of my capacities and I will try to live up to their expectations, which are those of the Tototlenses.
